Tracified has successfully implemented a blockchain-based traceability solution for their “SAKERISE” production to trace when, where, and by whom that product was made, and to make it traceable from the procurement of raw materials to production.
Tatenokawa Inc. is a Japanese sake brewery that has consistently pursued quality and contributed to the development of Japan’s culture of sake, food, and agriculture. For its premium “SAKERISE” line, the brewery wanted buyers to be able to see exactly how each bottle was made — not just trust a label.
Tracified implemented a blockchain-based traceability solution for SAKERISE production that records when, where, and by whom the product was made. The record runs from the procurement of raw materials through every production step, so each stage is captured as it happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Because the trail is written to a public blockchain, the production history behind a bottle cannot be quietly edited later. A consumer scanning the product sees a verifiable account of its origin and handling — the same job TilliT does today for food claims on the shelf.
